Why us?

Having family in Malta, Dr. Christian Pisani LL.M. (Lond) has developed a Maltese practice advising namely Maltese and Malta registered entities in accessing the German market.

Dr. Christian Pisani was born in Malta and raised in Germany giving him the opportunity to develop an understanding for both cultures. He studied both civil and common law and worked as a German qualified lawyer with one of the leading international law firms in Valletta. He is registered as a foreign lawyer in Malta and Member of the Chamber of Advocates. In his various positions, he gained extensive know-how in all aspects of German and international commercial law. He is experienced in appearing before the Courts of Malta as an expert witness on German law.

Dr. Christian Pisani is the author of the country report on Maltese succession law in the leading German collection of international succession laws. Moreover, he publishes regularly in legal journals on German-Maltese legal issues, appears as court-appointed expert witness both before Maltese and German courts and is invited to give seminars on public conferences.
